Quite often recently, we've noticed that some motor insurance providers who are less customer service orientated are charging strongly for temporary insurance transfers, or are quite simply refusing to offer temporary cover for a courtesy or hire vehicle at all.

To counteract these issues and to speed up the book-in process, we have acquired access to an economical daily rate temporary insurance scheme that can provide comprehensive cover for any type of loan/hire vehicle, private or commercial.

Not only does this improve customer service by reducing the hassle of looking elsewhere for alternative transport, but ensures that a replacement vehicle is always availble from W SMYTH's at very competitive rates (conditions apply).

We can now also provide you with a courtesy car option if we are repairing your commercial vehicle since many commercial insurers will only cover a commercial vehicle temporarily, and you can probably manage with any form of transport. (Insurance cover is Limited to social and domestic purposes only, of course).
